Cookbook authors will again pair with Philadelphia's world-class restaurants to create the annual culinary party, The Book and The Cook. Traveling from near and far, from America's Pacific Rim to Japan, from New Orleans to Beijing - and from Philadelphia! - these authors will team with their host chefs for meals that are sure to delight.
